“It’s time!” you say. “Time to get my butt in gear and start working out. I know I’ll feel better (and look better, too)”. So you sign-up for the gym/buy the new running shoes/dust off the yoga mat in the closet.
You run around busy all day. Taking care of the kids, the house, your spouse, working a job, caring for everyone’s needs. At the end of the day you are ready to collapse into bed and get a good night sleep so you can do it all again tomorrow.

Mom life can be a bit crazy at times (understatement of the year, I know)! That’s where meditation comes in.
